How long does delivery take?
3–5 working days in major cities and 5–7 working days elsewhere in Pakistan. You'll receive a tracking number once shipped.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes — COD is available all over Pakistan. You can also pay by bank transfer.

Can I exchange or return my order?
Yes — 7-day easy exchange. Items must be unworn and in the original box. Message us on WhatsApp to start an exchange.

How do I find my size?
Use our Size Guide: measure your foot in cm and match it to the PK/UK/EU chart. If between sizes, take the larger size.
